I am being illegally quarantined by fascist neighbours and police officers

My name is Raymond Ly.  I’m a 34-year-old Asian Albertan citizen living in Griesbach, Edmonton.  I have video footage of racially-motivated criminal activity committed against me by my racist neighbours.  I have video footage of at least 6 Edmonton police officers blatantly lying to protect the criminal.
